Artwork

All quotes are based upon the receipt of camera-ready artwork and your requirements of the product size. Extra or special materials of the parts require extra charges. Accepted formats include: AI, EPS & CDR. Also accepted are: GIF, JPG, TIF, BMP, DOC and PDF but these formats may require artwork charges.

Area and positioning of artwork

Artwork layout (logo size) will vary with each design, product style, and product size. Logos are positioned for the best appearance in our judgment. Screen printed items read correct on the front and reversed on the back.

Production time

Normal time for preparing materials is one week; production time is 2 to 3 weeks. Large quantities or complex products may require a longer lead-time.

Terms

All new accounts require 50% payment with order and balance due upon completion.

Change in exchange rate or the price of raw materials

Recently OEM has little profit. In addition, exchange rate changes; the price of the raw material is not stable. Therefore, the cost of production is higher. After determining the contract, if your confirmation is not on time or payment is delayed, you should be responsible for the charge.

Trademarks & Licensing

Artwork or other materials submitted by you or your client for our use in producing and order will be accepted as being in full compliance with all laws regarding copyrights, trademarks, patents, licenses, and other similar types of protection. You and your client agree that, by submitting artwork for our use, these laws will not be violated and this company shall not be held responsible for compliance with such laws.

C O D

After initial shipment, customers requesting open account privileges should fill out a credit application. Please allow adequate time for reference inspection. All information obtained is held in strict confidence.

Freight Charges

Shipments are FOB unless specially quoted otherwise. If costumer wishes transportation included, freight charges will be added to the invoice. Any freight quotation provided prior to shipment is an estimate only.
